Unity Candles Wedding Candles


Unity candles have long been used as a uniquely symbolic part of the wedding ceremony, regardless of faith or type of wedding. They symbolise the union of two individuals in a highly visual way and are often lit year after year on anniversaries, as an affirmation of the couple's love and commitment.

Choose one of our designs, a verse from your vows, a special inscription or create your own design. All of our candles incorporate the print within the candle so that the image will last a lifetime.

The Standard Unity Candle Set has your design applied to a central Unity Candle and two side candles which represent the bride and groom and/or their respective families.

The bride and groom candles are usually personalised with the family names to symbolise the coming together of the two families.
