Bridesmaids

It's easier (although not essential) to have the same number of bridesmaids as you have groomsmen.

Duties include;

Before the wedding....

• helping to organise appointments for dress fittings, manicures, hairdressers etc.

• helping to organise (and attending) the shower teas and hens party.

At the ceremony...

• walking in the bridal procession down the aisle and standing next to the bride during the ceremony.

At the reception...

• sit at the bridal table alternately with the groomsmen

• mingle and dance with guests
